These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Naperville Roofing Crew ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of this website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, requesting an estimate, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Naperville Roofing Crew is a roofing company serving DuPage, Will, and surrounding counties in Illinois. We manage a vetted roster of licensed, insured installation crews to perform roof inspection, repair, and replacement work. Any work performed on your property is subject to a separate written estimate and/or contract signed between you and Naperville Roofing Crew (or the assigned licensed crew), which will govern the scope, price, and terms of the actual roofing work — these Terms govern only your use of the Site itself.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or chat feature;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Interfere with the proper working of the Site or introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising or spam.

3. Estimates, Quotes & Scheduling

Any pricing, availability, or scheduling information shown on the Site — including figures generated by the chat assistant — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is determined only after an in-person or virtual inspection and is documented in a written, itemized estimate. Submitting a form or requesting a callback does not create a contract for services; a contract is formed only when both parties sign a written agreement for the specific work to be performed.

4. Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number or email address through the Site, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us (and, where applicable, the crew assigned to your project) regarding your inquiry, appointment, and related follow-up, including through automated technology. Consent to receive marketing communications is never a condition of purchasing any service. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP or of emails via the unsubscribe link.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Naperville Roofing Crew and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links & Content

The Site may link to third-party websites (manufacturer pages, review platforms, mapping services) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Reviews & User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content to us, you grant Naperville Roofing Crew a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content (including your first name and general location) in connection with our marketing, on the Site, and on third-party platforms, unless you request otherwise in writing.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any general pricing, timelines, or informational content on the Site is complete or current. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, engineering, insurance, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAPERVILLE ROOFING CREW AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATED CREWS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability arising from actual roofing work performed under a separate signed service agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naperville Roofing Crew from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
